A unique combination of art, wellbeing, development and self-awareness, with dynamic dialogue and interaction

AATI is a project of Spirit of Peace (SOP)

 

  • Facilitating access to arts and cultural activities for individuals and communites, with a specific focus on marginalised groups.

  • Bridging cultures and enhancing community cohesion in multicultural and interfaith contexts.

  • Harnessing the healing power of the arts and creativity to enable personal and community growth.

  • In partnership with Spirit of Peace, Sevenoaks Unitarians and  Unity Music.

  • Tailored interactive creative workshops for organisations, NGO's and individuals. A combination of themed creative exercises, group conversation and techniques to enhance focus and relaxation. 

  • Workshops are for:

    • Supporting mental health- they may:

      • ​reduce anxiety, stress, feelings of isolation and powerlessness​​

      • build empathy, resilience, creativity, positivity​

      • Team building​: 

        • develop communication skills and understanding

        • support 'outside the box' thinking

        • help avoid burnout

        • offers suggestions and tips for enhancing productivity through working creatively  

  • Personal growth: 

    •  boost self esteem

    • develop positive outlook

    • develop new / existing skills 

  • For fun:

    • creative sessions with work teams or friends. Social interaction with art-making!​
